Privacy notice

Your information
should be treated with care.

This notice explains what The Strong Dad Project collects through this website and how we use it.

Who is responsible for the information?

The Strong Dad Project is responsible for information submitted through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@thestrongdadproject.co.uk.

What we collect

If you use the general contact form, we collect the name, email address, enquiry type and message you choose to provide. If you register interest in future activities, we collect your name, email address, general area and the activities you select. If you submit a partnership or collaboration enquiry, we may also collect your organisation or group name and the type of collaboration you want to discuss. When a form is submitted, we may also store basic campaign-attribution information such as UTM source, medium, campaign, the landing page and referring page so we can understand which outreach channels lead to genuine enquiries.

Please do not send highly sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary. Our register-interest and collaboration forms do not ask for health history, family disputes, court information or similar sensitive details.

Why we use it

We use contact-form information to respond to your enquiry. We use register-interest information to understand demand and contact you about the Strong Dad Project activities you asked to hear about. We use collaboration information to respond to partnership or community enquiries. Campaign-attribution information is used to understand which posts, campaigns or referral sources produce useful enquiries, so the project can focus its effort more intelligently. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and campaign attribution

The website does not use third-party advertising trackers in this version. Where you arrive through a tagged campaign link, basic attribution information is kept temporarily in your browser session and is only sent to the project if you choose to submit a form.

Where form information is processed

Website forms are processed using Netlify Forms and notifications may be delivered to The Strong Dad Project email service. These providers process information as part of running the website and mailbox.

How long we keep it

We keep information only for as long as it remains useful for the reason it was provided, including responding to enquiries and managing genuine interest in future activity. We review contact data as the project develops and remove information that is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to correct or delete information you have submitted, ask what information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to future contact. Email hello@thestrongdadproject.co.uk. You can also raise data-protection concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes to this notice

As The Strong Dad Project develops new services, events or systems, this notice may be updated so it continues to reflect what the project actually does.
